This review has been very long due (I had some upheaval in my personal life- changed jobs, countries...). Well, putting it aside, on to the build.

As I mentioned in a previous article about the cargo compartment set of Great Strawberry,  Revell's Razor Crest is excellent, but it does need some extra love and care to make it really good. The interior details are somewhat basic. Green Strawberry came to the rescue issuing different sets to update/enhance different areas of the model. I did not get all of them, but the ones I did (Cargo and Cockpit) I think are essential -the model is way too big to miss all that nice detail from Din Djarin's weapon locker, captured bounties and a significantly updated cockpit, of course. Unfortunately, no figure of Din Djarin's included (but there is a full set of armor of Boba Fett's in the cargo set). By the way, figure. Revel puts the scale in 1/72 but I had a figure printed in this scale and it was severely undersized; I would think it is close to 1/48.

The original cockpit is a weaker point of the model; it is very basic, and toy like, and a lot of it is very much visible through the canopy. Green Strawberry's resin and PE set fixes this issue: the instrument panels are very complex, the wall and floor details are intricate, and if you feel inclined, you may even install some fine glass fiber lightning in the light fixtures. (I merely opted to put in a couple of LEDs that would light up the cargo compartment.) I did run into a minor issue that needed some extra work: once the cockpit was installed, something obstructed the hull's top and bottom's fit. With some careful filing and cutting from the side panels and from the top of the cockpit's walls (I am still unsure which caused the 1-2 mm issue), I managed to close the halves successfully. (They are not glued together because I have the batteries on top of the cargo compartment for the lightning. I probably should have done it differently but I am not exactly an expert on wiring, so I was happy to had this finished. For the longest time the installation of lightning held up the build.)

Painting was a joy, too, since the buttons, screens, etc. have raised detail which can be painted with a fine brush. 

Overall it was a great experience working with these sets. They give you a substantial amount of resin and PE to work with, very good instructions and overall good fit. If you build this version of the Razor Crest, these sets will really bring it to a whole different level.
